The MRC supports entry level through to emerging filmmakers with a range of production initiatives running throughout the year. Filmmakers, digital media and other screen practitioners will find unique opportunities to refine their skills and develop their practice.

Currently the following in kind and cash-funded production initiatives are open to financial MRC members in 2013:
Raw Nerve
3 x short films up to 8 min in length, produced in conjunction with Screen Australia to be broadcast on ABC
FxF (Frame by Frame)
Up to 3 x short animations in any medium, up to 5min in length
Clip It!
Up to 8 x music video clips produced in conjunction with Canon & Music SA
Next Step
1 x short film up to 15 min in length, produced in conjunction with SAFC
SciDocs
’3 x ’science-themed minidocs up to 15 min in length, produced in conjunction with SAFC and CSIRO
Make WebTV!
Targeting teams 26 years or under, produce up to 4 x webseries of up to 4-6 episodes, sponsored by You Tube, premiering at the 2013 Adelaide Film Festival
