Screen Seekers is the Media Resource Centre’s kids film program. We run filmmaking workshops and screen classic and contemporary inspiring films during school holidays.

MERCURY CINEMA SCREENINGS:

Adventure comes to life this October school holidays, with family fantasy classic The Indian in the Cupboard showing at the Mercury Cinema.

Tickets: $10 per child. Carers free!

Every child’s ticket includes a complimentary ice cream.

WORKSHOP: KIDS’ FILMMAKING BOOTCAMP

A fun five-day holiday workshop where you will be part of a team and you will create your own short film to be entered into a national film competition. Learn from professional filmmakers how to use professional equipment and industry filmmaking protocols.

Ages: 10-15
When: 8-12 October, 2018
Time: 10am-4pm.
Cost: $365 or $290 for Concession
