PICK-UP

After 3:00pm the business day before hire period or from 9:30am on day of hire.

DROP-OFF

9:30am – 11:00am the business day following the hire period.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS

The hirer agrees to pay a refundable deposit (for all hired items) together with the hire and insurance fees prior to removing the equipment from MRC premises. The deposit payable will vary based on items being hired and length of hire. The deposit shall be forfeited, either in part or in full, if the equipment is returned late, damaged or is lost/stolen, or to compensate for the use of consumables during the period of the hire. The hirer will be expected to pay an insurance excess levy for any and all damaged/lost/stolen items. A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the hire charge may be incurred by the hirer if less than 24 hours notice is given of a cancelled booking.
